PRIVACY NOTE · EARLY-ACCESS SIGNUPS

Your email, your call.

This note covers the early-access signup pages on thebeastagi.com (/voice, /voice-api, /ledger). It is written to be read, not to hide in. The Beast AGI (thebeastagi.com) is the data controller.

What we collect

• Your email address — the one thing you type.
• Where you came from — the UTM source/medium/campaign tags on the link you clicked, if any.
• When you signed up — a timestamp.

That's the whole list. No names, no phone numbers, no profiles built. A short-lived rate-limit record (IP address, anti-abuse only) expires automatically within 2 hours.

Why (legal basis)

Your consent: you typed your email and hit the button so we can email you about the one product you asked about — early access, launch, and the 20% launch discount. Nothing else.

What we never do

• No sharing, selling, or renting your data to third parties.
• No third-party trackers on the signup pages — they carry no analytics pixels at all. (The main homepage loads a Meta Pixel for ads measurement; these pages don't.)
• No marketing beyond the product you signed up for.

Storage & retention

Signups are stored in Cloudflare KV on our own Cloudflare account, kept until the product you asked about launches and you're notified — or until you ask us to delete, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion ("forget me"), objection — ask and we act within 72 hours. Deletion is exact: each signup is stored under one key derived from your email, so removal is complete, not approximate.
